Privacy and data handling

MassText stores account and workspace membership details, imported contact lists and consent attestations, message content and delivery records, inbound conversations, suppression and consent events, and security audit records to operate the service.

Messages and recipient numbers are submitted to your workspace's connected Twilio account. Transactional account and campaign emails use the installation's email provider. These providers process information necessary to perform those functions.

Twilio authentication credentials are encrypted in the application database and are not returned in account responses. Workspace members can access workspace records according to their role; owners and administrators have additional management permissions.

Import only information you are authorized to process. The application records your consent attestation but cannot independently establish whether each recipient's consent is valid. Contact the operator below for privacy requests and details about this installation's hosting and service providers.
