Your responsibilities
MassText provides software for SMS campaigns through your own Twilio account. You are responsible for recipient consent, the accuracy and security of information you upload, message content, carrier registration, quiet hours, and applicable laws and provider policies. Do not send unsolicited or prohibited content. Consent attestations and delivery records do not establish legal compliance.
Sending and recovery
Campaigns and replies are queued. A provider accepting a message is not proof of handset delivery. Carrier results may be delayed or unavailable. Pause, cancel, and suppression checks prevent eligible future dispatches but cannot recall a message already submitted to a provider.
Network failures can leave a send's acceptance uncertain. Such messages require explicit operator review; they are not automatically resent. Manual recovery or retry can create duplicate messages if the original outcome was misunderstood. Neither exactly-once delivery nor uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
Provider costs and usage
Twilio charges separately for message segments and other applicable carrier, number, or registration fees. Long messages, non-GSM characters, and personalization can increase segment counts. Preview estimates are not a price quote.
This installation is for a private team. Access requires an invitation. Twilio charges still apply, and consent, verification, opt-out, and sending safety controls remain in force. Records are subject to the retention and deletion policy.
Contact the configured operator for installation-specific terms or legal questions. No jurisdiction, liability cap, or business identity is assumed by this software.
